Idk about the whole “doing this again” thing as I haven’t been around this thread consistently at all this Scoops Season, but I don’t take it back. Lizzo is huge right now with her wildly successful 2019 album, no doubt, but being billed over Lana still puzzles. Just how I feel. You’re of course welcome to disagree, internet stranger.

Listen, I’m probably the biggest Lana fan here... she has no business headlining Bonnaroo. I love her so much and as a fan I love her shows and I will be in that pit. But to a non fan it would be boring as hell. Lizzo will entertain anyone even if they aren’t familiar with her music.

i saw Lana at a 2500 capacity theater show a few months ago that sold out instantly and it was a snooze

Trying to figure out if ill buy Bonnaroo tickets on Thursday or if ill hope for the mystical ocean to appear at something other than Coachella. Tame Impala being double confirmed is cool though.

Yeah this is unironically very fun and exciting, especially since I feel pretty good about that top nine. I'd check them all out except for Bassnectar, so give me a good undercard and I'm back in for year four baby

I missed Lana at ACL 14 to do Avett > Outkast, but the guy who was clearly tripping hard and had lost his friends and needed to use my phone said Lana was amazing and that's really my only reference.
