just since we are talking about it. gotta be a shoe-in for bonnaroo.
Travis Scott - Flume Janelle Monae - Lil Wayne - Willie Nelson - Ween Grouplove - Of Monsters & Men - Gramatik
Tool - Tyler the Creator Lizzo - Martin Garrix - Oysterhead - Tenacious D Foals - Edward Sharpe & tMZ - Cherub
Tame Impala - Vampire Weekend My Morning Jacket - Excision - Maggie Rogers Vance Joy - Foster the People - James Blake
How would you expect Sunday to be scheduled with those top 3? It’d be one thing it were Friday or Saturday and one of them could play LN Which but Sunday with Tame, VW, and MMJ doesn’t make much sense to me.

This was an old mock of mine and I just changed the top two of each day so I didn’t really pay attention

Vampire Weekend > Paul Simon to close it out. I know he's semi-retired, but he played OSL last year and it'd be a great chance to show people where VW got some of their ideas from too
I’m really glad they got a solid preHL this year. Sunset What spot has so much potential and they gave us Lumineers, Avetts and Odesza this year.
Surprise! Vampire Weekend is subbing for Mumford!
If Mumford is the worst headliner, I’d be fine with it. I could live with Tool - Mumford - Tame - VW. I saw them in 2017 fully ready to meme them but it was actually a really enjoyable show. I’ve only ever stayed for one Sunday out of the four Roo’s I’ve been to anyway so leaving Sunday wouldn’t be the worst.

Mumford remains the only Roo headliner I (almost) completely skipped. I saw them do one song meeting up with people in my crew. Slayer was during them, which was cool. No loss.
If they were Sunday, rather than a day where I could get a spot for a late night, I would be sad. Not really trying to miss the end of Roo. Not trying to Mumf out, either.

Part of me prefers the least preferred headliner be the last. Waking up in my own bed Monday morning is a game changer and I like leaving Bonnaroo when it’s still active. Seeing it Monday morning when half the people have left is pretty depressing.

I want to soak up as much of it as possible. I don't want it to end. It's not depressing to me. It's just over.
I did leave ACL early last year because I didn't care enough about Arctic Monkeys or Travis Scott to stay, the Cowboys were playing the Texans, and I had to work the next day. But that was a two or three hour drive. Roo to Houston is like 13 hours, and I'm pretty committed at that point.
Also, I can't drive more than an hour or so away from Roo before I'm falling asleep at the wheel and have to stop and get a hotel. I'm wiped after three straight all-nighters. My thing with Roo is you only get one chance at it and you have to do as much while you're there as possible.
Are we kidding ourselves if we were to think that Chance wont be there next year?
I honestly really hope he isn't. I was not impressed with his new album and I don't see how he would make it much better in a live setting. Rocky, Tyler, Lizzo, Kendrick would all be much better in my opinion

Unless the booking was already on the table, that would be a terrible idea with how poorly the reception of that last album went. His popularity in mainstream may hold water, but that would be a really really bad ticket selling idea for Saturday -- and he really doesn't fit on any other day.
I'm saying this with a shiver. Lana Del Ray deserves that spot more than him.
