Apparently I either post too much or too little so here's my last post of the night. Mafia already had an advantage when jtr announced his inspectorship. Especially since there was an unknown with Thor possibly missing his vote. It's just a weird time to fake and also so quacking bold

Eh, if it's your second game, first time as Inspector, you don't really have much guidance about when is a good time to reveal other than past games. And going through enough past games to actually get a good idea of when to reveal...well let's just I certainly would't been doing all that reading. And even so, neither Carini nor Jortles were set to go forth in a runoff, so if he's Inspector I think the timing was good to keep us from going to a potential all-townie runoff.
I'm with you in that my confidence isn't as high as with other reveals, but I feel comfortable enough going with it for now.

To keep the facts straight, I was set to be in the runoff pre reveal no thanks to Carini who was one of my two votes at the time.
JTR hasn’t really hinted Carini or jortles at all. Idk why he was worried about being whacked.

Paranoid. I had two names. When I was dropping what little I did it felt much bigger and something that mafia would pick up on even if town didn't. I said something to Jortles twice and mentioned him talking a lot and no one else was talking about them being a possibility to be mafia or even vote for one of them. I knew I wanted to do it before the D2R1 ended so we had time to put vote for those two.

Also I quoted a post by potent that laid out voting groups that had Jortles and Carini in one voting group to which I said this was the most compelling argument.

I felt that if I got whacked then I had completely failed at inspector and fucked town. With no one even heading in the right direction I felt like this was about my only option without completely telling mafia I was inspector but only floating ideas to town and then getting whacked in the process.

That is better logic, but not what you and Jaz were just saying so I needed it to be clear.
Also before Im lynched I need to dead this "coached" BS. Please imagine the strenuous amount of coaching it would take to guide me in the direction I have gone. I get it if I had like 7-10 less important contributions to the thread. I get it if I didnt save you on day one and draw totally unnecessary attention to myself. Unless you guys are that fucking intense about this game, I cant believe that my high level of non bs activity would ever be encouraged by a coach.
If the town was truly way off, a coach would have said "yo Jortles, since its your first game and we are in a good spot, you should probably lay low until necessary." Kind of like you have until your reveal.

What’s the current tally? I’d be willing to move to create a runoff. In all honesty I think lynching Carini today is the best move. I think it’s likely mafia would name one of their own as the guess if the reveal is fake - and if it’s real it’s still mafia.

Well, JTR just took his vote off his given name, which again is weird to me.
Yeah the move is questionable but still within his reveal. I just want to force mafias hand during the night round and if we lynch JTR, then we will never know for sure.

There isn't anyone else I can safely vote for. I'm not sure who could be with JTR and I'm not confident enough to clear anyone to just throw my vote away on to them for the time being
