I'd say about 80% of the time I'm craving Chick-fil-a it turns out it's Sunday. This led to my first Taco Bell breakfast experience (which was actually pretty fine!)
Yeah, adding spice to the conversation makes it extremely difficult. Only thing worse would be trying to guess best zest or fermented this or that sauce which all pretty much rule.
Off the top of my head:
(beyond salts and table peppers)
Saffron powdered chiles such as cayenne, Guajillo, ancho, de Arbol, etc. etc. etc. Paprika Cardamom maybe Tumeric? ? ?

Also I'm obsessed with vinegar. Put a splash of it in whatever you're making and it will taste better. Or make shrubs out of macerated fruits and herbs and some vinegar. Or clean your windows with it. You do you.
Ha, it's all I drink. Coffee and Seltzer/Sparking Water. I gave up soda and juice about a year ago.
It just tastes like the flavor is dialed way down and was replaced some sort carbonated white noise to me. My wife and daughter drink it and I wish that I liked it. It's undoubtedly better for you than Dr Pepper or Mr Pibb.

It depends on the brand. Polar has a few like Orange Vanilla and Strawberry Watermelon where I find the flavor to be really strong and quite delicious.

I have to disagree a bit on this. White pepper in soups and stews can add a nice mouth pepper feel that you aren’t getting from black or crushed black. It’s underrated af in my opinion. It’s not heat per se but you get something out of white pepper (which I think is a riper peppercorn) that is it’s own thing.
It's insane what you can do with garlic, ginger, lime / lemon, cilantro (back off, haters), basil, paprika, salt and pepper. With the exception of ginger, that blend can be used as a base in most cuisines.
For a little extra razzle dazzle, I'll sometimes add any of the following:
- Curry powder - Chicken salt (which isn't really a thing outside of Australia, which is insane because it's amazing) - Thai seasoning - Old Bay - Lemongrass - Turmeric - Tamarind chutney - Sesame oil - Sriracha - Fish sauce
