Bills came to play. I’m 100% for them and all my people in Buffalo. But money is on the Pats to win the AFC still. It’s feeling like a day when a Falcons player scores on my fantasy team or something. But kind of different.
The last time the Patriots didn't win the division was 2008. The year Matt Cassel was starting. Last time with Brady at QB: 2002, when the Jets won.
Bills looked pretty good today, but happy to see the Pats come back for the W. At least there's someone in the division to make things interesting for us.

2008 was so long ago in retrospect. I was still living about 55 miles outside of town because of Hurricane Katrina. I got divorced and engaged on 8/8/8. Man, that’s a lifetime and a testament to how good they were and how bad everyone else has been. It’s some of both but more Belichick.
49ers piss me off, and I want them in the playoffs. Today we want to get and extend several league records.
If the NFL was smart, they can throw the two LA games on the same road trip. Hell, even make one of them a Thursday night game. We all know the one at the Chargers is gonna be like 90% Pats fans, at least.
Great game. Two very good teams on a shitty wet day.
Congratulations to Michael Thomas who set (including extending some he has running) at least 5 or 6 records today. Probably more. Greatness. Top 1 [tm]
Holy shit Freddie is singlehandedly lost this for the browns
What was he doing
Let the ravens score twice before the half instead of running out the clock. Then on the two point conversion to make it a one score game, he runs a design play to a receiver who is always drops the ball instead of just giving it to Chubb (he dropped the ball on a perfect pass). And as always questionable play calls through the whole game.
I misunderstood this yesterday. I disagree. While it's pretty obvious CJ Gardner-Johnson did lower his shoulder to nail Kalif Raymond, it sure didn't look like an intentional shot to the head to me. It's what happened, and I'm assuming he'll be $25k lighter or something this week when the NFL hands out fines. But I don't think there are many plays where we play to hurt or past the whistle. We'll push a QB sometimes after a throw, but everyone does that.

Week #16 Bottom 10:
1. Cincinnati Bengals 1-14 2. Washington Redskins 3-12 3. Detroit Lions 3-11-1 4. Miami Dolphins 4-11 5. Jacksonville Jaguars 5-10 6. New York Giants 4-11 7. Carolina Panthers 5-10 8. San Diego Chargers 5-10 9. Denver Broncos 6-9 T. Arizona Cardinals 5-9-1
To follow up on my point yesterday of all the records Thomas set or extended yesterday, I don't even have the whole list. But we do know this:
1) Most catches in a season in NFL History (144 and counting) 2) Most catches in the first 4 seasons in NFL History (466 and counting; 15 away from most ever in 5 years) 3) Most 10 catch games in a season (10 and counting) 4) Most yards ever in a WR's first 4 seasons (5,475 and counting) 5) Most catches in a 2 season span (265 and counting)
I know he's got a few more nobody has ever done anything like this through x games, but I don't even have all those records and stats.
Next week he gets a shot to tie the all time record for 100 yard games in a season. He currently has 10. Michael Irvin and Calvin Johnson have 11 each. If he gets that mark, that will be another one.
