as I'm sure none of you could have guessed, I love Kacey but I think this set is very Golden Hour heavy. After a mild amount of consideration here is my ideal Kacey Musgraves fest set: Slow Burn/Space Cowboy/Late to the Party/Lonely Weekend/Merry Go 'Round/Love Is a Wild Thing/Oh, What a World/Die Fun/Dime Store Cowgirl/Wonder Woman/Butterflies/Follow Your Arrow/High Horse
Definitely was missing some Space Cowboy Hopefully she plays that at Lolla
50 minute limit probably cut out at least 2-3 songs that she'll include at other fests where she gets a full hour. I'd guess Follow Your Arrow and Space Cowboy would be the most likely candidates to fill that space. Really happy she played Love is a Wild Thing tho.
Also, I really wish Roo would give her an extra 15 minutes. Minus the fact that that'd mean more overlap with John Prine.

2019 Shows: 4/30 - Vampire Weekend 6/28 - Father John Misty & Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit 9/6 - Cardi B w/ Teyana Taylor 9/28 - Vulfpeck w/ The Fearless Flyers
I'm gonna check out this Gorgon City live set next weekend and idc who knows it. Nice varied opening run for me with Tursntile, Beach Fossils, Kacey, and them.
Who's the woman singing? She's great
Idk but she's fucking awesome. The live set vs them just dj'ing is a pretty big gap imo from what I've seen.
If people in the chat need to be blocked, just tag or message me on here. I can only half pay attention to the chat atm but just tell me their screennames and I'll boot 'em.
If any of you guys are going to be joining us, it might be a good idea to use your inforoo username so I know you're someone we know.
Whack is a billion times more entertaining than Jaden. It was ridiculous how many people were at his set.
Usually I think vocal DJs are annoying but it's kinda funny lol, this show is very entertaining. I wondered if those 1-min songs would translate, and they've been great so far.

The added backup singers + horn really add a lot to .Paak's already fabulous show
Paak melted our group while waiting for Eminem at Roo. High energy and talent = headliner we all agreed. He's got Saturday night headliner status at Forecastle this year but his star is still rising. He could be headlining any fest (deservedly so) in the next couple years.

Didn’t realize .Paak had a new album out until I saw this amazing set. Very excited to give it a listen now! He and his band are just so good live—could easily watch another hour.

Agreed. My gf isn't too crazy about him but she was watching the stream with me and now she wants to see him when he comes to town in May.
The only FOMO I’m getting is today. Kacey - Paak - Janelle - Gambino is (for my taste) the best single day of music anywhere this year. Three subheadliners at any other big fest in America opening for one of the hottest acts going right now. Can’t beat that.
Onto Polo and Pan, channel 3. This is the kind of off kilter electronic music I wish Roo would book. Even just one band like this per day at the Other Stage would satisfy me. Otherwise I just write off the whole stage.
