We gotta have some rain though...it's supposed to rain here all weekend, but so far that hasn't happened...if we don't get rain, the dust is going to be bad...but I'd rather deal with dust than mud any day of the week...and Wednesday - Friday nights are going to be COOL...
I have been in a campground about two hours from the Farm since Monday and can report that it has POURED here for the last two days. I've never had to deal with mud at Bonnaroo and am not looking forward to the prospect. On the up side it certainly has been cool!

I’m 30 min up the road from the farm, and we’ve really just started having good rain today...supposed to rain for the next 2 days, but these showers have been scattered...the ground is soaking it right up since we haven’t had rain in a month, so we should be Gucci...

In 2014, it looked like it was going to be a monsoon for the entirety of Bonnaroo. Then we got there and it sprinkled a bit on Friday and that was it. Ive always said ill never trust weather reports after that.
This is the first year where im starting to get nervous since then. Every update is worse and worse. Really hoping I can at least set up camp on solid ground while it isnt raining. If I get that accomplished, ill just wear a bathing suit and fuck around

Heavy rain in the week leading up to Bonnaroo is actually a GOOD thing. It ensures that it won't be a dry dusty hell hole like it has been a few years.

Agreed as long as it doesn't the grounds into soup where everyone gets stuck. It was a dust bowl one year when she first started going, and abrakapokus ended up sick a solid week after Bonnaroo.

This is your reminder to start taking the proper supplements now

49 low on Thursday night. About to be hoodie and sweatpants weather in Centeroo.
NWS/NOAA has been trending down with the nighttime lows and daytime highs. Other than overview, I don't really trust anything beyond 3 days. But this is what the NWS Nashville Office has out for the Tullahoma Regional Airport just up the road:
Wed - 20%/30% slight chance t-storms then chance showeres, High 77, Low 55
Thu - Sunny - High 74, Low 51
Fri - Mostly Sunny - High 78, Low 59
Sat - 20% Chance of rain; partly sunny, High 83, Low 63
Sun - 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms - Partly sunny with high near 82
That's actually pretty pleasant, though I'm going to pack 2 hoodies instead of just one if this holds out. I'm also bringing a raincoat.

also, in my personal experience, if it is hot and sunny during the day and your skin is exposed, that makes it feel cooler than the temperature is at night. so even if it is only as low as the 70s after dark, having a hoodie or sweatshirt handy isn't a terrible idea.
Getting a little rainier, saturday night and sunday night. Going to be a very abnormal Bonnaroo weather wise
Zero percent chance of rain on Saturday (as of now) and 50% chance on Sunday, with the chance being scattered thunderstorms...Wednesday and Thursday night are going to be CHILLY, with the Thursday night low being around 48...

I have a feeling the rain will keep getting pushed back and actually hold off until Sunday night (which will unfortunately make leaving a muddy tire spinning nightmare).
