Question for locals about traveling... If I'm flying into Ft. Lauderdale, arriving late Thursday (10PM-ish), is my best bet to get to Wynwood via Uber? I don't really want to rent a car because it would be at least double the cost. Looks like Ubering one way is about $80.

I would Uber all weekend. Dealing with parking in wynwood sucks.

I don’t know about ft lauderdale specifically, but if you book the Uber in advance usually it’s a lower price then just ordering it once you land.
Julie since its all outdoors this year whats the protocol for rain? Are we allowed to bring in small umbrellas into the fest? Or is it just get soaked or bring a poncho

Brightline doesn't open back up until November, sadly. That's what I used the last time I was in the area and I'd do it again if I could.
Uber rates have been nuts in the Tampa Bay area, so not sure if that would be more affordable.
I think I'm close enough to the venue to walk to it during the day/early evening, but not sure I would want to walk back alone at 5AM. If I can get away with Ubering just two times, plus to the airport and back, I think that's still cheaper than renting a car.
