I know covid is a factor here (and the budget probably), but I am a little bummed out it doesn't seem like they packed this fest full of art and installations like they did in 2019. 2019 had a smaller space and so much more art. All my favorite stuff (little spati, the roller rink) looks like it's not coming back this year. Julie do you have any insight on this?
