So what happened in the free league is we were at 13 when it loaded ybr draft. So it added a manager-less team. I can transfer that team to anyone that wants to play.
I fired the nameless manager after he drafted an average kicker early for a team that was thin at qb and Rb. Drafted kicker ahead of Brady & Big Ben lol. There's a new sheriff in town. Giddy up.
I could go either way on TE's. I'm not abandoning the position like I've seen some leagues try and do. If a bunch of people want the fixed TE slot back, I'll put it back.
For a league this size, I had thought changing TE to a flex would be a plus. Kelce, Ertz, and Kittle are WR 1/2 caliber. If you're stuck with the 15th best TE, you're at WR4/5 territory. That's a big difference. At least with it a flex, it gives people choices.
Do you know why we have a cap on moves? I’ve never seen that before.
In another league I'm in, they have caps to cut down on streaming players. However, that seems far more relevant for baseball and basketball than football. I don't expect most people to come near the cap anyway.

I’m good with either but just want to make sure it won’t changed post draft

Same. Counting TE points differently seems to be more common because of the lack of depth.
