Well I didn't really have much to go off of. I had to try to just imply shit by speculating. But as it went on a started taking more risk as I realized neither of them picked up on there likely was plenty of info in the game for Crool to understand the trope about me. lol.
About the only way for me to win was to fairly analyze everyone and just try to confuse shit.
I'd be a really good propaganda master because I projected so much of the shit the mafia was actually doing. I even said what mafia planned to do with Crool.

I doubt SFA's thought process was this simple, but keeping Dan and Crool together for day 5 when Crool seemed very intent on Lynching Dan seemed pretty straight forward. But I have 0 room to talk after last game lol.

We played pretty fast and lose this game. It was mostly a conversation on if we wanted Dan and Jaz in the final to really fuck with them but we figured it would backfire.

Kanye mostly. I was going back and forth. But we thought the best chance was for me to sell it as a setup. Honestly, we figured we were going to lose at the start of day 4 but then things started falling into place a little better.
I tried to push us into doing a double fake inspector in round 2. Which actually would have started out fucking awesome because Pablo had the two names of the mafia who would have done the fakes. lol Wish we would have pulled the trigger on it.
felt bad for piggy pablo. He did such a solid inspector job.
Crool Hand Luke Good job. Your analysis of the game was really impressive for a newbie and your read in the final round ended up being pretty spot on. Maybe next time you play the game will be more active and it would be a little easier to look back at people histories and make decisions. Even being suspicious of Dan was logical and would normally be a reason someone should be voted off.

Ohh, I know. But it was true. I think if they had read through and questioned me more they probably would have got me. I really didn't have much to argue with. I just had to pretend I was willing to talk and wanted time for discussion. But I wasn't lying today. I wasn't in a place where I could easily participate.
Dan808 violated like the first rule of playing with SFA! And then SFA telegraphed it. Awww shucks.
I once won a game where I convinced Jaz to switch of me as mafia day 5 with that reasoning so it only is fair that I get burned by the opposite to restore balance to the universe.
I will take the blame for towns loss this game. These past couple games I’ve made some pretty bad mistakes immediately trusting people who say they have a town read and assuming someone is trying to frame me when they raise suspicions.

Just got home from vacay and reading some of the reactions. I'm probably to blame for a lot of this for being so adamant that Dan was mafia. I'm not sure I realized how quickly the last couple of days go. Didn't know it was essentially going to come down to the guy I thought was mafia and one other person on the last day. I also now know to not reveal any of my suspects until the time has truly come. Was so easy for SFA to pit Dan and I against each other.

Everything you say can and will be used against you - but don't let that deter you from being helpful if you think you're able to. We need suspects and theories to push the game forward. Sometimes it's more prudent to keep things close to the chest, and on multiple occasions I've said something similar to "I have a theory but I'm not ready to divulge yet" but in general talking is helpful to the town, though the Mafia will use you when you're off base.
I think it might be a good idea to look into why people have stopped playing. I know there are quite a few who aren't as active as they used to be (EAP, LLL, Rummy), and some who have given it a try but just found out it wasn't for them. Part of me suspects that aside past issues with...unsportsmanlike conduct, Mafia's also evolved considerably in its degree of analysis to a point where a lot of people probably don't want to put that amount of effort in. Back in the day games were considerably shorter. I don't see people toning down their level of analysis when they want a win so that ship has sailed, but what else can we do to bring people in?

this is really it for me, if you're not brining it 100% everything just turns on you. pretty much every game i tried to tone down the amount of posts I make just turn into suspicion or an early death.
being mafia or inspector is more fun though, because you can be creative/youre competing with less people and having to put up less guard, so maybe its just adding another layer to spice up town?

I think the new wave of players sparked a lil fire in the game at the beginning of the year, but that has worn off now. Need new blood and more people willing to play freely as Town.
