First thoughts:
-Phoebe playing in the dark (unlike at Bonnaroo) is neat, but pray that the Billie Eilish campers won't be a nuisance.
-Sucks that Billie and Rebillet overlap by 15 minutes.
-The Saturday looks great, so happy that Caribou is not clashing with anything. Though I fear that they may cancel due to covid and travel issues, as it's a one-off date.
-Lizzo's gonna be poorly attended. Too many attendees will dip early for school/work the next day. Calling it.
What's the Uber situation like at Firefly? We have camping passes, but some folks in our group are getting understandably antsy about the campgrounds and are considering Airbnbs like 3 miles from the speedway.
If we want to upgrade to VIP, is that something we can do onsite (assuming they still have VIP available)?

I uber/lyft in and out every day. Depending on how late you go, it could be a bit expensive but you should have rides available. Not sure if some drivers will stay away though due to COVID.

my experience has been quite a bit different than nolefromde, in 2017 I had to wait over 40 minutes to get an uber to my hotel. I would imagine it is going to be really bad especially since Uber is so short on contractors right now

Not sure when you're trying to leave. I'm old and usually head home during the headliner or right after. But yeah, there was one night when I left around 1:30 AM or so and it was difficult.
Schedules work out well for us- no major conflicts, except Kraungbin overlapping Deep Sea Diver. I wish our undercard faves had more time, but then I’d bitch about overlap. Great job overall.
Agree on Lizzo crowd- gonna be tough to last until midnight on Day 4. Especially if you’re driving home.
Firefly and Wonder stages would seem to be in close proximity since they alternate acts with almost no overlap. Same with Backyard and Pavilion stages. It’s been five years since my last Firefly, when the Lawn stage was right at the entrance, and Pavilion was a small covered stage near the main Firefly stage.

No map sighted yet. I assume it'll come out next week.
Also, I read that the new Tame Impala show goes for two hours, so it sucks that we're getting 30 minutes less at Firefly. I hate it when headliners cannot play the same length as during their regular concerts.

Help!
I'm pretty sure the Wonder stage is just the lawn with a new name. I'd imagine the backyard and pavilion are back to where they were 2018 and before, although I think they cleared out a lot of the trees that use to be in-between them (probably why they don't overlap).

Right!?!
Is it that hard to give them 2 hours instead of the 1.5?
