Well I didn't do anything. We were on vacation this past week so I forgot to refund (or I guess discuss it). We need to decide if we can go but if not I will have a couple for sale.

Good news! That Sunday has all sorts of stuff that I don't really listen to (Devo, Mr Bungle, Alex G, Body Count), but that is ideal to check out at a festival. Can't wait!

I was able to grab tickets for Friday and Sunday today. Looks like all three days are still available.
I'm bummed that they didnt just throw some 3 day passes back up. I've ended up paying over $300 for two days, opposed to getting a 3 day pass which cost like $200. Oh well, aside from Run the Jewels there isn't much on Saturday I'm bummed to be missing.
Looks like Riot Fest is adopting the same Covid policies as Lolla. Figured it was just a matter of time, but I am relieved, nonetheless. Also, just got an email from The Metro and Codfish Hollow (our local barn venue) stating vax cards are REQUIRED for entry and a negative test won't cut it. HUGE step in the right direction IMO

Good. I don't know how responsible it will be by mid-September to fly to Chicago and attend, but I nonetheless remain psyched as hell to attend the Sunday.

I dont know why they didnt have the policy to begin with seeing as Pitchfork made it clear they were doing it just like Lolla when they all announced. And Pitchfork has a mask policy on top of that. The 2 other Sept fests in Chicago better get with the program. ARC and North Coast are Labor Day weekend and they both have no policy in place at all. So now its a matter of the Edm peeps being fine with this or not. Then again, after whats happened at Lolla youll probably see more people buying fake covid cards and such.
