I would totally dig a Coheed set that played songs off of any or all of their first three albums. But I can’t get excited about an album set for an album I’ve never listened to.
Does Brockhampton fit into the mold of hip hop artists that Riot Fest books? I’ve wanting a chance to check them out live.
I’ve been trying to think about what rap might be on this year’s lineup. I doubt Wu Tang will be back. De La Soul might make sense. Tyler the Creator has played before and this would be a good year to come back. Black Star might be touring under a new album, no?

Last year they seemed to make a very deliberate decision to not book any hip hop, only to later reverse course and book Wu-Tang as a replacement act for Die Antwoord. Curious to see what they do for 2020, but I agree with blurfan that Brockhampton is still a better fit for Lolla.
So last night Eric Andre introduced Mr. Bungle live. Didn’t know Mike Patton was still doing that. But anyways if we were to get FNM, I hope we also get Mr Bungle booking. Those would get me here.

Smashing Pumpkins most likely out since they're opening for Guns n Roses at Wrigley in July. Thought for sure they would headline this year, kind of surprised they haven't played yet in general

With that being the case I’d say that makes them much more likely.

Does the Korn and Faith No More tour make them more or less likely? No Chicago date and they’re not too far away on tour with the Friday of Riot Fest open. But they play Tinley Park on the following Tuesday.

Yea not a chance. That's quite the missed opportunity

As much as Tinley shouldnt even count as even being a place in Illinois, its still down the street from Chicago ergo radius clause.

Just snatched a Airbnb a little over a mile away for like $150 a night. Hopped right on that sucker. Been waiting for the right one to come along. The more I think about it the more likely I’m just going to go to this and pass up on voodoo, unless my Vegas trip goes well in a few weeks and I have some cash to burn to do both.
Not too much potential crossover, but Pitchfork lineup knocks out some good names sadly. Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Twin Peaks, Kim Gordon, Danny Brown, Deafheaven.
