Not looking to fight, but seriously? He is the class of the EDM lineup. Some people might argue Bassnectar, but the negative group think about him on here wouldn't let it pass. As someone who has seen just about all the main people on here, that's what I'm offering. You already know I have no like for pop shit that a lot of y'all do like, though that's not where I'd put Yaeji. I had a conflict last time I wanted to see her. If you disagree, how about putting what you think out there instead?
Fair. I'll go by there if I'm not conflicted out by a band I need to see. I don't anticipate it rising to the level I'd need it to, but I'll see it if possible.
Your favorite search engine would probably have told you he was a DJ that's been around for 10 years and played most of the major festivals during that time.
I never heard of it before today.
I don't listen to him, but when my kids were still in their late teens/early 20's, a lot of their friends listened to him. He was particularly popular among the girls (which as bandeto noted, this can tend toward the emo).
im sure people would recognize some of the Seven Lions stuff from 13-14 when he was working with more pop stars. he's been on anjunabeats and owlsa so that kind of music. not anything that moves the needle for me, but if it was conflicted with YtG i'd probably be at lions.

So where does one start with Tenacious D? All I know is that it's Jack Black's band and a lot of people really love them. Never seen the movie or anything.

Sorry if this has been asked already. But do you guys think additional acts will be added. Seems pretty slim for The other if it’s going till sunrise with upgrades and also will the same artist play where in the woods? I thought that was for more house music but I guess it could be for any genre.

Kalliope after hours had a mix of people I didn’t see on the lineup as well as some guest spots from others who were.
In 2015 the main stage stayed open until 1:30 AM for the Deadmau5 set. Anyone think we might get this this year: Tool from 9:00-11:00, then Bassnectar from 12:00-1:30?
I know that in '15 Deadmau5 was billed as the headliner, and that isn't the case with Bassnectar this year. But nothing was unopposed on Friday in 2015, so it's kind of hard to even call Deadmau5 the headliner over Kendrick that year in the first place.
I would want to see nectar take that deadmau5 spot, I would give his set a shot but if it’s anything like the last roo set, right on over to the other side I go.

Don’t listen to those hacks. You start with the HBO series. Then first album. Then movie, rise of the Phoenix and then post apocalypto finally clean the cream from your jeans and ear pussy.

s/t.
if only one song "Tribute"
if you can get ahold of the HBO series watch that. lsd/ept/butt baby is an all time sketch.
Also the final album post apocalypto is also a animated short story on YouTube to be sure to watch that vs just listening to the album, makes more sense with the visuals.

Kalliope after hours had a mix of people I didn’t see on the lineup as well as some guest spots from others who ho were.
Kalliope was run by Walter Productions though so they kinda did their own thing. it'll be interesting to see how Roo handles the Other now that they're the "all night to sunrise" destination. I was surprised to not see any sunrise sets specifically mentioned on the lineup but maybe that'll come in a later round of announcements.
in terms of more artists...all you're most likely going to see is plaza artists (local and/or small artists) and Who stage announcements. any and all big names are most likely already announced unless they're going to surprise us (hopefully) with a couple wild late late night Other announcements

I love the old HBO tv show and their first album. Didn’t really dig the movie. But it has its moments. They were really fun last time they played Roo.
