I prefer Lorde's music from what I've heard, but I think Billie would do much better sales and I haven't seen her so I guess I'd say her. I'm all for Roo having a name or two at the top that I don't love if it means a great overall lineup like this year.
Love Pure Heroine but never cared much for Melodrama so would definitely depend what a new Lorde record would be like. Based on current catalog I think I’d say Billie but it’s close
I have a very strong feeling we're going to get either Billie or Lorde as a headliner next year.
Which is an interesting question. Who would you prefer?
Billie. I think she'd be the obvious smarter move for Roo too depending on how Lorde's new album does. Lorde's last tour flopped hard and Billie's most recent was an instant sellout. Homegirl moves tickets.
I'm a huge Jack White fan, but at this point I'm not sure if he'd be a headliner at Roo anymore. Although the scale of the headliners has seemed a little smaller the past couple years, so maybe.
