It's day by day lineup. I don't think SZA before Bon Iver is too much of a stretch. It also looks better not to have Bon Iver as the #2 both days.
2) Once an artist or act is drafted, they are unavailable to any other drafter. Drafters do not have exclusive rights to musicians that are part of drafted acts however nobody may select an act that includes a musician in a drafted act if the second act regularly plays 6 or more songs created by the previously selected act.
