Okay so for my second pick...if a band said they were going on hiatus but then ended up playing a show in 2019, they're eligible now right?
I mean, if they scheduled a new show after an announced hiatus that seems like it would negate the hiatus barring extenuating circumstances. (Assuming that they also had two other eligible shows, that is.)

Hey, Jake Jortles, how would you enforce a three legit headliners rule? Like, maybe everyone's top three must contain artists that were in the top three or headlined their day (F/S/S) of a major US festival in the last five or ten years? Maybe determine which festivals qualify like Roo, Coachella, Lolla, Outside Lands, Gov Ball, Firefly, Hangout?
Its not really about enforcement, its just about having everyone understand what they're voting on. What is the goal of the draft?
But if you wanted enforcement we could all select like 75 acts thats could be headliners and ppl would need to have three from that grouping.
I guess im asking... are we booking our fantasy festival lineups? Or are we taking the job of the 2 guys that do book bonnaroo? Are we making sure it sells out, has diversity, enough big acts, etc

I guess I don't see those as mutually exclusive. I think that we all have visions for how to do their job by incorporating what we think would be ideal for the festival. Ultimately you have to balance your own tastes with those of the community if you're going to be successful (i.e., get votes) while also putting together a lineup that you are into.
