He's already at worst the 2nd best chief of all time (they love them some DT), and I feel like he passed George Brett in city popularity.
People love DT but his being revered is more to do with his tragic death. Though he is probably the best defensive player in Chiefs history.
Mahomes walks on water here, he is wayyyyyy more popular than anyone else in the sports history of this city. He was on his way, but the super bowl win solidified it. The amount of curly haired kids that cut their hair like him and put on a bandana is insane. I see them walking around daily.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new name and design. I feel like the last few redesigns/updates for teams have not gone awesome. Whether they keep the color scheme will be of interest to me. I figure they would prefer to, but it might depends on how the scheme works with whatever new name they choose.

I'm watching Best of CMA Fest right now and it turns out the SNF song is based on a real song of Carrie Underwood's and it has real lyrics that aren't like "Hey Dak, it's a fact, the Birds in town!" or anything like that. Amazing. Joan Jett played it with her, because it's such a rockin' song. Then they did I Love Rock 'n' Roll.

apparently the washinton post is gonna be dropping a bombshell on dan snyder and the redskins tomorrow. everyone on twitter is saying that its been known that he has a history of pimping out his cheerleaders and making them be escorts on islands and shit? if this is all real, holy fuck. he's getting kicked out of the league and probably into jail.
As s much as bezos sucks for some reason I feel like Snyder sucks more. And I feel like buying an NFL franchise at this point is less safe than an MLB/nba franchise and hopefully we get a win win where they both lose
WaPo needs to release the article because the rumor mill is about an hour away from accusing Snyder of mass murder. Forced prostitution, drug abuse, paying off refs, etc. Yeesh.
^^ Hate if you have to. I don't care what he would have done, he's the best. I noted that Falcons fans weren't too happy about it. I think they got it right Thomas then Hopkins as 1-2. Thomas should really have 100. He has no peers as record after record goes down.
