Sounds good to me. 1s and 2s should be able to handle 7s and 8s like it's a bye week anyway.
The plan was to seed it solely based on win percentage, opening up the possibility that a division winner might not get a home game in the playoffs. (Bad news for the NFC East.)
(I'm not 100% on if that was what ended up adopted by the owners and there is some question as to whether the players association has to approve it or not.)
If Woods can keep pace with Fournette from here on out I'll beat goldenchords. Needed a big game from him and I've been getting it so far. Play Ron Jones, Bruce!
Apparently the Dallas sport talk guy who announced it (Chris Arnold) was over his skis on this one. Happy to hear that he's doing better than was originally reported. Sorry to have misled. (So much for believing a media checkmark from the team's home market!)
The Saints are one of 5 teams since the merger tthrough 10 games who have allowed 743 yards or less of rushing and have 32 or more sacks. 2 of the other teams won the Super Bowl, 49ers lost an NFL Championship and the ‘91 Saints lost in the Wild Card round.
The Saints could break the all time NFL record of 53 consecutive games without allowing a 100 yard rusher. We are tied with the ‘08... Eagles. This week we go for #54, though we have historically sucked balls against the Broncos who we haven’t beat since like 1994. Maybe with Gordon and Lindsey they’ll split the carries. Idk.
@spent Nobody cares
Me: Yes you do and you hate the fact that we broke 2 individual records last week and are on the verge of a team one this week.
The late game is usually the one I actually watch on Thanksgiving bc I'm busy doing Thanksgiving at multiple houses during the other two. Guess I'll talk to actual people instead. This is terrible.
Lol. I have Watson and Jones Jr in the first game, so a sideways look at the tv while cooking is happening. You’d think Washington Dallas was a shit game, but since the NFC East is anyone’s division, it’s got some minor appeal in the afternoon. Obviously Ravens Steelers was the crucial game because of all the story lines and playoff implications.
