My suspicions of you are mostly coming from process of elimination. I think its possible that all mafia could have been distancing at the time the PM was leaked, and that would mean you would be the distancing member.

Jortles I have a clear idea of who you should guess, but if the Mafia is currently debating whether or not to whack you, if the person I'm thinking of is indeed Mafia, they may be more likely to whack you if they think you're going to guess the person I suggest.
i think this is a good runoff and probably should be the order going forward (assuming whacks). i am surprised at how quick it lopsided.

jaz/jortles clear towns, but i really don't have reads that really separate the rest too much, things here and there (easier to see it all with everyones quotes put together), theo just being the gut feeling ive had the longest. dan seems to be flailing a little here, but not in a way that screams hes fighting for life.

Because I read you off your read of me. If you read me as mafia, you're wrong, which means I'm going to read you as mafia, which is probably also wrong, and not helpful to the town.

Potent is being quieter than he usually is as town. I think he's more sus than MD, who I don't think is acting very differently from how he typically does (isn't he generally on the quieter side as town?).
Sure, Potent is fifth in post count, but I don't feel like he's been very *vocal*
noticed this going into the shower and wanted to get out ahead of this since DB has mentioned it a few times with quiet people, and haven't played with theo/rummy much, or jortles much really,
going back to my first few games i posted TOO much. ive finished games as mafia and town as top poster, and even been dead and still finished as top poster. i was leading in posts at the time of me as inspector reveal once.
it then felt like it became a problem where if i wasn't spazzing out i was being called out (not quite 'QUIET CARINI' level), but i did try to chill it out some. mainly because it was hard for town, and myself, to regurgitate everything I posted.
but the last couple of games ive been in since i took a little break i have died rather quickly so it hasn't really been a thing either way.

the runoff at the time of the 'leak' was surfer/rooloo/danbob/jortles(?) idk maybe they just got super spooked? dan did get thrown in kind of last minute by kanye which is stupid risky.

This is the kind of insight/observation I needed to see to feel ready to jump off him. You're right--being one of the first to cast doubt seems an oddly high risk to take as part of an already high-risk plot.

yeah i just don't get this either really. if jortles is faking, who is inspector, why are they letting us flail? why is anyone doubting jortles? i feel SUPER confident that Rooloo and Kanye were not inspector.

I feel like that will help the town if that happens. I've stated that I'm pretty darn sure Jortles is inspector. I think he's been pretty effective at it too, I think his bullying tactic (while it became too much) was a good sort of dare to another inspector to come out. If he were faking, the inspector would know this and benefit from coming out anyway, because we'd know rooloo/jortles/theo had a good chance of being the result. The fact that another inspector hasn't come out (and come out convincingly) to me is evidence Jortles is telling the truth.
So if mafia tries to leave him living, bring it on - it brings clarity to another player's role or potentially ends the game.
I also think this means you two can talk about his guess publicly. Having two townies and mafia only able to kill one tonight is a huge advantage for us and we need to use that.

I was questioning whether or not to point this out, but when JTR posted the end-of-Day post before seeing the extension requests, he didn't say "Danbob is dead, the townies have won"....so I think Danbob is probably town.
