Is Marc Rebillet A top 1200 musician to ever exist
a) no, obviously not. But he'd be a fun set that I imagine at least a few other people would have considered adding as a free-agent
b) I could probably count on two hands the number of drafted acts active before 1950. None of us really explore the "infinity" angle here, for better or for worse
Just curious have you watched his stuff before? He’s actually funny and on top of that is very talented.
I have, yesterday in fact. I think it's a bit cringey tbh and once you get past his whole shtick, there isn't much left imo.
Not sure what you listened to, but hopefully it was one of his streams and not his produced tracks on spotify. I had the urge to shout from the rooftops that hes terrible when he was initially booked for Roo, but after giving it a shot realized why people like him.
I'm giving everyone a fair chance when I listen or check them out, Jake Jortles.
I deleted that post because I regretted it. I just recall the instant reaction I had and all of the cool kids on inforoo had before giving it a chance.

About 44:00 in to the second vid is what made me realize the potential of what hes doing. Kids call in from the studio they are recording from and he asks them to freestyle and he instantly lays down a sick hiphop beat to create a song using one of their lines as the chorus. Thats what got me looking around at his other streams initially.
The Cave video I just like his little organ solo at the end.
But I personally enjoy watching him play for hours at a restaurant and watch ppl sitting there confused for the first 20 mins then by the end of the stream ppl are like fucking raging dancing and laughing in a little cafe.
