I'd started a response to this earlier in the day and took a break after reading round 1. Should have copy/pasted from the tab because when I finished and hit send i got an error message. Everything in my life is shit right now. I might have corornavirus because of the irresponsible idiot I've been letting crash here and that's like the 3rd worst thing of the week. haha.
Anyway, I'm not going to try to rewrite it all. I basically just went into detail about round 1 and how what I would typically latch on to doesn't really stick this game with no whack to work with and the lack of final runoffs. The main thing I think that sticks out in D1R2 where Jortles is taken out and there isn't much direct gameplay regarding the voting. But Jortles actually goes off on how weird the previous round was and how it was suspicious Carini was left out to dry for so long. So after rereading that seems like a very non-mafia move from Jortles in that specific timeframe.
You've played with me for years at this point. I'm not one to throw out names if I don't feel confident or feel I lack info. The reason I have the reputation I do is because I'm good at figuring stuff out later in the game... as in when I have stuff to work with. So I'm not sure what else you'd need to know about my headspace. If you think that's insufficient, vote for me.

Although my votes still on him I'm starting to think Kanye could be town but he's blindsided me before. Dude talks so much it can be hard to keep track of everything.

I never have that good of a read on you and Potent unless events in the game lead me your way and I look at your other actions.
My guess is there is two mafia in the more active players shaping the narratives and runoff. Then one of the quieter types(Rummy, Carini, Teddy). But my thoughts could change pretty quick.
I also won't be very available tomorrow past like noon, until maybe 9 or 10pm, but I'll definitely be able to check in during the morning.
I think Kanye's logic mostly...makes sense here? Am also very aware tho that if, say, there's only 1 mafia out of the current 5 we have in the run off, they know that pushing to pick 2 from this 5=a better chance for them to enter D3 with all three teammates than if going back to the drawing board/picking from the group of folks not represented in this cluster, once in Day2b
I've suggested similar things in runoffs where I thought locking things in could harm the town but there's a lot of unknowns. It's also always true that the mafia can have the advantage simply by having access to more info than townies.
To point out the obvious: Let's say the inspector has the field narrowed down to 5 guesses for mafia but it's a pretty even level of suspicion for all. Doing traditional rounds could bring about game play that narrows that down and significantly ups the chance of a correct guess. I would argue experimenting like this could end up muddying the water, even if done with the best intentions.

But also there isnt really much we can do to get logical targets at this point. 2 more townies are about to die and Doctor should never reveal day 1 again.
