There might not be a defined time, specifically so that people can't set an alarm and pick from the leftovers. This week one of my leagues ran waivers 2:17, another at 3:40, and the third at 3:51 (this one).

Every WR on my team got injured in game today (DeSean Jackson, Gage) or is ruled out already on past injuries (AJ Brown, Chark, Davante Adams is technically doubtful but won’t play in the Sunday night game). This is not my season. Ugh.
