If an artist (other than a producer) performs both solo and with a set band, then one is drafted, all iterations are off the table (for example if Neil Young is drafted then Neil Young & Crazy Horse is off the table). All lists are prepared such that they reflect all of the occasions above.
According to the rules, if both bands are on the list (Rex Orange County and ROC) both can be drafted. ROC pick is good.
Okay but like, show me what year 'ROC' played cause I don't believe Rex Orange County uses that nickname.
I also have a bit of a similar but unrelated question: I've drafted Chet Faker and Milo who both use different nicknames now (Nick Murphy and R.A.P. Ferreira), should I bill them as their old names or their new names?

I think they should've been marked as the same thing on the list, but since they weren't it looks like it's eligible because of that mistake. Don't think adding Rex Orange County is gonna end up being too big of an advantage in either instance, but congrats to tЯist♡n for catching that
