just noticed Sparklehorse is in the list, that's gotta be a no, right?
there's a lot of dead acts on there that aren't eligible. fred left us land mines
Actually there shouldn't be a lot of issues:
"Any solo act who is not alive at the time of selection (i.e. Prince, Amy Winehouse etc.) is not eligible to be picked. If the act is composed of multiple people (some of which are not alive) and there is a clear evidence (i.e. provide links) that they will not continue to perform without the deceased member(s), that act is also not eligible to be picked. If there is no such evidence, you can still draft that act, and assume that the role of deceased member(s) will be fulfilled by other musicians."

Kinda feel like this should be changed. I’d think that the person picking the act with deceased members should have to prove that the act is planning on playing shows.

Since the last pick was made at 9:05 pm EST, mardude has until 3:05 am.
If the pick had been made 6 minutes earlier (before the 9pm cutoff) it would've turned over at midnight instead, so if he doesn't check in tonight he probably got pretty lucky!
