Question about headliners heading into the bonus phase. If we pick a replacement headliner, do we have to completely drop whoever we're replacing? Or can we just demote them to sub?

I'd recommend reading the Headliners section in the OP, it should answer all of your questions.

I asked the question after reading it because I was confused, but a reread makes me think you have to drop them completely. Idk, a little clarification with a little less condescension would be nice

Didn't mean any condescension, just wanted to direct you there because I didn't remember the rule completely, and didn't wanna misinform.
But yeah, if you have 4 headliners by the end of Phase 2, you can drop a headliner and draft a new one. You cannot demote any of your existing headliners.
So what’s really the difference between a headliner and sub? Aren’t the time slots the same? It’s not like coach really does unopposed headliners anyway
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

Co-headliners are not really a thing tbh. But the headliner plays atleast 90 mins, subs max 60.

I googled "Rustie controversy" "Rustie cancelled" and "Rustie allegations" and found absolutely nothing except about cancelling shows for his own good, 5 years ago
For being anti-vax and an absolute dickhead and toxic about it when people pointed that out to him. Was last year, I think. I mean he's not canceled canceled but eh.. Not putting anti-vaxxers on my line-up.
Datsik is straight up garbage. Ive weirdly enough always liked Rusko even though his old stuff isn't all 'that' exciting. Im glad he's back and his new music is kinda good actually imo.

The annoying thing with billing this are your headliners and your first second liners (cause they're either indie or rap). I'd opt to make Paul Simon and Gorillaz a headliner and break it up like that to make it more diverse.

Coachella has only ever done “co headliners” twice, and it basically just amounted to giving each act 90 min on the Coachella stage.
And they don’t do unopposed headliners but typically the bigger ones end the night to silent tents and/or get pretty small acts booked up against them. They don’t do the whole Lollapalooza thing.

Your second lines are weird, feels like it would be better if you did one day of coheadliners (Gorillaz/JJ) and then had KSG subbing instead. Sonic Youth isn't a sub, they might not even be a second line name. And I don't know what it is with this board and constantly underbilling Deftones but they'd be billed higher than anyone else you presently have on your second lines, IMO.
