here's a question - with respect to the "bonus round", are people still restricted to the two lists? I only ask because I feel like the Sonora tent in particular tends to feature smaller/newer acts, which might not be found on the two lists (which seem mostly made up of previous Coachella acts and acts that have played other festivals).

no, they can also pick from bonus list, which is comprised of acts drafted by curators who are eliminated after phase 2

For the last one, since it was a set list of names to work from, I put the names into a sheet and as I read through them I would rank them into tiers (headliners, artists I think would go early, middle, late, free agents I wanted, everything else). I’d sort by tier then highlight options I wanted to potentially draft in my next few rounds, deleting names as they got drafted. You just have to review it every so often to make sure you havent dramatically mis-ranked something or missed a name.
Here's the draft order for the first 18 rounds (Edit: It will still be a snake draft). JamesTheRam had to drop, so we're gonna proceed with 17 people. The rounds will now be 17 (x2) > 11 > 6 > 3.
