They don't have to indicate they plan on continuing. As long as they don't say they're definitely done, they can be drafted.

They don't have to indicate they plan on continuing. As long as they didn't say they're definitely done, they can be drafted.
"Any solo act who is not alive at the time of selection (i.e. Prince, Amy Winehouse etc.) is not eligible to be picked. If the act is composed of multiple people (some of which are not alive) and there is a clear evidence (i.e. provide links) that they will not continue to perform without the deceased member(s), that act is also not eligible to be picked. If there is no such evidence, you can still draft that act, and assume that the role of deceased member(s) will be fulfilled by other musicians."
If anyone doesn't know Desert Sessions was basically a collective of Palm desert rock n rollers founded by Josh Homme fucking around in the desert and making music. Notable members that could show up at their coachella set include Josh, PJ Harvey, Mark Lanegan, Brant Bjork, Dean Ween, Les Claypool, Josh Freese and a ton of other people.
