this has got to be the weirdest list topper of the year right?
Maybe by default, but I don’t think it’s that odd considering Chris Stapleton is also in the top 10. It definitely caused GVB to get mad though:
Edit: IMO though that tweet is extremely dumb because they spent all year basically *only* hyping the hell out of that Helena Delano record. It’s a good album but if you’re putting all your eggs in one basket there’s no reason to get mad at others for not doing the same
I don’t know about you guys but I certainly listened to all those albums. “‘What’s Tonight to Eternity’ is a masterpiece” I always say.
Can't tell if it's genuine or not but that album does deserve more praise.
To get back on the exclusion of 0PN on Crack's list. Idk, I mean given their editorial and focus (in electronic music most of the time), you would expect something to be just in this? Idk, Fred.

Could be - yeah. But they might've wanted to give focus to other acts than 0PN.

Honestly, that's the best Rolling Stone list in years. Take out Taylor at #1 and its actually a very solid top 10. It helps their brand that Bruce and Bob Dylan put out good late career albums. This is a better list than Consequence of Sound easy, even as mainstream as it is.
