It does stand out as a slightly odd move; am curious to hear from LLL why she went that direction (I know she said it was an "eenie meenie mo" thing, but is randomization like that really the best choice when the outcome is voting so that the two others in the runoff get revotes? Not saying it can't be, but do wanna hear her logic behind it)

Because I haven't been paying attention but was cognizant that I've only made one post, so I wanted to at least do something. Questioning LLL was the low-hanging fruit. I didn't/don't really care who had revotes.
I mean, I get Maddog wanting to get himself out of a runoff. But I rather someone else had blinked and made a move. Because I had to move off Maddog to not get voted straight out. Which leaves myself vs. Dan, and limits the amount of information we get from everyone.
If anything, this is more of a reason for Maddog to be in the runoff.

Sure, but if someone would have said it before LD moved you would have moved, or someone else would have. Or they wouldn't have, and it would have been super sketch! Who knows?
