Question, why does the inspector hide their title and their lead in the first place?
thx for asking and tbh I think we should've given a bit more info to the noobs about the nuances of the Inspector role. If a noob had been Inspector without any guidance, they might've just come into the game and revealed their given name immediately or something.

Rummy - do you think Truevine would have voted for Theo 6 minutes after Theo voted on the first page if they were Mafia together? Thats hitting as unlikely for me with Truevine being new.

Not sure how disqualifying that detail is—if they were in a Maf chat together on something like FB messenger that can allow for super fast back and forth, I could see it being a thing where they’d already convened to chat—and Theo or a third suggested Truevine do it for distancing

Town read: Rummy Unknown, lean town: Jortles, Danbob Unknown unknown: MD, all the noobs Suss list: Silver Mafia: Theo
Silver's a hard read for me. He could be town and got wrapped up. He started out voting for a noob, then went to Theo (distance move?), then went to Jortles and has been going back and forth between the two of us. I'm on a zoom meeting at the moment, but I do remember him trying to steer narratives and showing above normal amounts of confidence for D1. Rummy: There's nothing really she's done so far that's made me suspicious of her. It could be a change of playing style, but this seems normal for her chaotic town. I got nothing on MD right now.
The new players, it's hard. I have no read, no background to go on. And there's four of them, which is great to have new blood but at the same time makes things more difficult. KPO is the only one who has more than 10 posts, and half of those are seemingly just asking questions on how to play the game. I wish that we kind of explained a bit about gameplay to the new players before we started. Anyway, statistically speaking one of the four is probably Mafia - but it's needle in the haystack right now picking who is more suss out of the bunch.
For the new players: 1. Welcome, it's nice to have you all here. Hopefully you enjoy this game and become play again. 2. I'm sorry for making this game way more crazy and involved than you'd probably like when you're just starting out. 3. Y'all probably gonna end up in a runoff on D2 or D3, so it'll be curious to see how you get your feet wet here.
