Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
1. Truevine > Jortles (locked) 2. Jortles > Theo (locked) 3. Mardude > Truevine 4. Dan > Theo (locked) 5. Rummy > Theo (locked) 6. Mardude > Truevine > Theo 7. Maddog > Theo (locked) 8. KPO > Theo 9. Theo > Theo (locked)
My main thing I want to talk about from my reread is im curious what everyones thoughts on kanye were. I had no read going in but I'm seeing him as a potential mafia (though I am keeping track of combinations for a town kanye). My reasoning for this is: 1. Kanye switched off theo when he was about to be pushed forward in round two, if kanye was mafia they wouldn't want 2 maf going forward 2. The next round theo switches off of kanye in an attempt to push jortles forward and lastly, theo jumped in to defend kanye during that whole "inspector baiting" situation. Keeping an open mind but want to see what others think about this.
I think rummy is likely town, she pushed theo forward when there was really no reason too. Town lean on jortles since theo was on the bandwagon of votes going to in the last round.
Unknown on truevine, mardude, and mad dog. Not really much i can read here personally. Mad dog is always a hard read for me. truevine hasn't done anything suspicious, but i don't buy the town read that he wouldn't distance right out of the gate. Mardude hasn't posted anything of substance.
KPO and Pepe I am sus of. KPO would be the stronger sus read here, he had an opportunity to push theo forward round two but didn't plus some of his posts i get the coaching vibe from. Pepe likewise i am sus because he also could have pushed forward round 2 as well. I think this would be a one or the other situation here.
Would like to hear thoughts from others.
For future reference here is the vote tally at time of reveal.

Kanye was a total unknown for me. I could go either way on him and Theo's moves together. I almost think they are too obvious and that most mafia teammates would avoid being that open about their relationship.
If you Lock your votes, we are able to end the day and skip to the next round. We usually do this when in such an obvious situation like this one. All you have to do is say your vote is locked. Everyone has to lock or else this round will stay open until Sunday.

Yeah maybe, although I think really the only thing I would consider maybe “too obvious” is coming to Kanye’s defense during the inspector thing. Regardless, i don’t want to definitively assume one way or the other since tunnel vision is a bitch but it is something that caught my eye.

Can you elaborate on what this means? If this is about me voting for LD, I explained that I felt I knew him the least and felt more comfortable getting a gauge on someone like Jortles or Kanye if they were Maf.
at the risk of sounding defensive re:coaching, I feel my questions have been relevant enough to any conversation going on and have hopefully not targeted anyone disproportionately.

I really have nothing against your explanation, but just think it’s something easy to say not to vote for a teammate.
In terms of the coaching thing, it’s mostly a gut thing when it comes to that and is not set in stone. I like I said I don’t think you and Pepe are mafia together so I’m feeling one of you are town - just trying to decide which one.

So do you remember that random late rush of votes onto me? That was also Kanye and Theo that instigated that. I'm trying to think of why Theo was so into that idea. Thinking this through now. I have a hard time believing that Mafia didn't see LD as the obvious Inspector after his exchange with Kanye.
I wonder if Mafia realized how obvious it was that LD was Inspector and thought it was better for them to whack him with no reveals as opposed to pressing him and forcing the Day 1 reveal. My problem with this is Theo doubled down on a rush to me directly after LD posted if photo of Boston or whatever. That photo / post is what brought me pause that maybe LD wasn't inspector.
Then when I started talking with you about my read of LD as someone with a role, Kanye pretty easily switched back to LD. Idk this is a head fuck right now.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you're saying you think either me or pepe are mafia because we didn't vote Theo. But didn't most people not vote Theo? Thats why it came down to LD and Kanye?

Both Theo and Kanye being apart of the switch is actually something I hadn’t considered so yeah that does seem a tad obvious.
Hard for me to say weather or not if mafia knew definitively if LD was inspector. At the time I read it as a townie wildcard move but I’ve played with LD a decent amount. I will say that maybe our discussion tipped his hand. Oops.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

There were some switches that happened which took theo in and out, but really it’s mostly because you had the revote and voted not to move him forward (and similarly for Pepe).

We can talk post game, but idk I pegged him for a role pretty easily and I have to put that on LD. He shouldn't have started that exchange with Kanye. But whatever its just sucky that he was even in the final 3.
