Pepe you really did try! And KPO, wish you’d gone with your original gut (that Mardude was over explaining/manipulating the situation), but we have alllllll switched from our original gut feelings D5. It is a rough rough day to be a townie.
It sucks being the townie that the Maf decides to gang up on, but at least then you usually have clarity/know you’re being used. Whereas it rly sucks being the one left with the final vote (e.g. KPO here) and not knowing which way to fucking go with it

One comment on my reffing - I felt I made a decision this game that unfairly advantaged one side over the other. Specifically, the extension on Sunday when the round was over at noon and I wanted everyone to check in. That is what gave Jortles time to switch to Danbob and it killed a mafia. I see the merits in the decision I made, but also talked about it with mafia in their thread and understand why they were upset - probably not even the right word for it.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

ehh - the original timeline was from friday to sunday. I though the sat - sun turnaround was aggressive and am glad you let me check in. I was obliterated sunday, saw the thread and knew I needed to switch. If it was midweek id feel more sympathetic to a mafia that got a day 1 reveal anyways
For the record we didn’t really have a LD inspector read when he revealed, I was just moving back and forth between Jortles and LD for fun
yeah dan told me this. Crazy you guys couldnt see ld was inspector but I guess I just have to be careful about calling out when I see someone with a role. Ive fucked this up in the past too

yes I agree I made a great play that I would have made at 10am had my gf not had to literally shake me at 12:55 and say “jake the jags play in 5 minutes you have to work!”
I was up til 6:30 am the night before hammered. We usually have more leniant timelines on weekends anyways. Dont think its a big deal

Yeah not too big of a deal, was probably getting voted off next day anyway (changing my play style next game to throw rummy off my scent lol). Simple solution is just to keep weekend rounds longer.
