Just found this thread, was going to start one. I assume we can use this for all things investing? Perhaps Change Title to Crypto/Investing Thread?
I started a Business News Thread last night, which includes stocks. I think they should probably be separate. A lot of people who would be interested in investment are probably going to be turned off by or skeptical of crypto.

I read this article the other day about how people get locked out of their wallets and lose millions of dollars. It stressed me the fuck out. I also think its kind of funny. At the end of the day crypto is just a high stakes game and this is a pretty funny way to lose. One of the many reasons I avoid it. I would definitely forget my password.

To that end, there is supposedly a coordinated pump & dump for doge tonight at 9 EST due to Robinhood funds clearing. Those that are holding that magnificent shibe, I wouldnt hold too long after that pump or youll probably left with a massive bag
I think it's more that they don't want to deal with passive aggressive comments from people who are ideologically motivated to support crypto.
Then stop coming in here to virtue signal that you hate crypto lmao
Stop being a baby, because that's not what I'm doing. I literally bought doge last week and posted last night that afaik instant deposits for crypto are back on RH. I'm just not a huge fanboy and there's clearly a distinction between crypto and more traditional financial instruments. And I'm not virtue signaling. I have thoughts for reasons other than to impress you.

Is there a reddit thread coordinating this or what? Not seeing it right away.

in for small monthly contributions to my coinbase acct - went with ETH. told my buddy about it and promptly told me I would've been better off lighting that money on fire.

The LTC/BTC ratio is still incredibly undervalued at .004. Should hopefully be some movement there in the next couple weeks
What does that mean? Are you doing anything with that info?
One litecoin is worth approximately .004 bitcoin rn. The highest ratio achieved is 1 litecoin being worth .05 bitcoin. That's a massive difference.
Litecoin is also basically bitcoin copy and pasted with 4 times the supply. So conventionally wisdom should put litecoin at about .25BTC. however LTC is also one market cycle behind so you actually need to look at btc about 4 years ago to grab the actual price. So based on that, LTC should be in the 400 range right now/soon
My portfolio is 70% LTC & 30% XLM. Do wanna reallocate some litecoin into something else but I feel like there's a lot of untapped potential still to come so I'm hodl gang for now

no reason to expect institutional firms to hold litecoin but they are holding BTC

Vrox which I don’t know how to spell has been kicking ass. I don’t have the right exchange to trade but someone I know bought me a few at 72. It hit around 170 today. I’d like to have gotten it when it was 20 or below, but you can’t be greedy. Main fucked up thing was having to trade US dollars out of cash to ethereum and trade that. And the fees along the way were fucking stupid - like 10 a coin. I won’t do that again. I’m not really that much of a trader. I don’t trust unregulated markets, but at the same time if you get a chance to turn a hundred bucks into 300 and peel back your investment and just let shit ride, that’s what I like to do. Get my money back and just have free shit to not worry about and then look for the next chance to grab something.
I participated in the ICO for Disney’s crypto called Dragonchain back in 2017. I received about 5,000 tokens at about $0.03 a piece. The price rose to like $5.00 but I never sold like an idiot. Then it crashed down to under the ICO price. It finally made some gains to about $0.11 this week so I’m up. Probably just gonna hold it forever and see what happens.

We doubled on chainlink and 4’d up on Verox. I try to limit any shit talking on crypto’s. I’m just a dabbler so I never make any real money. But I never lost any either. My friend got it at 16. It’s 248 a few weeks later. That’s 15x
