I agree. I think Danny Dimes could at least keep them competitive while they stack the rest of the positions they need. Maybe he will make a big step up with some help, and if not then they set the new guy up for success
With the amazing group of young QBs the NFL has right now. Especially with what Burrow, Mahommes, and Allen have done this post season.. I feel like this was the perfect "passing of the torture" year for Brady to retire. Now imagine if Rodgers pulls a surprise retire? We'd have lost Brady, Rodgers, Ben this year and Rivers, Brees last year. That's it for the big veteran QBs. Guys like Matt Ryan and Matt Stafford would be considered the veterans of now. And even though a guy like Mahomes is still young, his fast accomplishments make me look at him like a vet now.
Yeah, not sure why that 'reek peace sign wasn't taunting. If that's not taunting, the word has no meaning. And obviously it's a stupid rule, but a rule is a rule.
