That is a great line but Meyer made up his mind months ago. Lawrence it the only reason he is there. That being said, since Carolina went and won a few games this year and ruined their chances at TL, I would be happy to have Minshew over Sammy D.
So the Texans just lost their supposed leverage with Watson. What team is going to give up the farm when you could have aaron rodgers instead and use your assets for that
Aaron Rodgers is 12 years older than Deshaun Watson.
And? teams will look at what Brady did on one leg last season and take Rodgers.
Deshaun Watson's career is just starting. Some teams are going to value that based on their timeline. Philly isn't trading for Rodgers because they're not a QB away, they'd still probably vastly prefer Watson. Also teams can get Watson now, where this is supposed to mean one more season with the Packers. Maybe that's a ruse to get the price up though idk.
I’d take Ocho-Cinco in a heartbeat. He’s one of my all time favorite players and the greatest in-house NFL troll. Coach Payton is up there too, but he’s slightly more reserved with the on-field antics.
We did get Chris Hogan today. I think with Thomas out and Sanders released, they wanted a vet to come in and work with Marquez Callaway, Deonte Harris and Tre’Quan.
I really wanted to believe some of the explanations I had read about how his injury problems weren't that bad but damn. It seems like he always has something going on.

Sorry! I mean Philly fans are gonna scream “we were right to trade him !”, but its still not good that Wentz cant just have a clean season to show what he can do.
This is at least promising? Hopefully its just camp and nothing too deep into the season.
spent doesn't care. No one might, but it's whatever. Saints have been 9.5 over/under all offseason. We have a pretty badass roster, but we have more questions. With Brees gone things are more unpredictable. He always gave us a chance, and that did get us some wins.
I wouldn't know how to bet the 9.5. Again, I think we're a good team that can compete. D should be very good. But being divisional/regular season champs, we have a formidable, first place schedule. The 1st place opponents are Seattle (away), Green Bay (home) and Tennessee (away). Maybe you get 1 or 2 of those at most. We have the champs/chumps twice. We'll probably split. Maybe we take 2 or 3 of 4 in the other divisional games. That leaves the NFC East and the AFC East. Kind of unpredictable divisions. Buffalo was great last year. Maybe we split the AFC East games and say go 3-1 in the NFC East. I can get to 9. Maybe Winston or Hill proves to have been worth the effort, excels, and takes us to another 11 or 12 win season. It's possible. But we could fail too if any of our critical skill players like Thomas or Kamara were to go down. Such a tough call. If we're only a .500 team, we will be one of the better ones in time. But I just don't have a feel for what's going to happen. I'm driving through Mississippi next week, and I don't think I'm going to stop to bet the over/under of Saints victories in 2021.
Friendly reminder that Michael Thomas is writing the story of how to be the greatest wide receiver in the history of the world [tm]. He will need 12 catches this year to break the record for most catches in a WR’s first 5 years.

Wins Pool check-in. If you participated last year, you are invited back this year. Also, for those who wanted a second wins pool, let's start recruiting for that.
lol. That ass belongs to us and apparently Devonta Freeman. If he makes the team, Kamara, Murray and Freeman will probably go for over 150 on the ground both of our games.

The last I heard, Chris Hogan was playing lacrosse. He wasn't looking all that great anymore when he left the Patriots. Not sure what to expect of him down in New Orleans.
