Tbh saying racist shit about the union head maybe should preclude you from being a head coach in the NFL. That doesn't seem that crazy of an opinion for a person to hold.

Oh and on the Gruden stuff, at the end of the day the only thing that matters is if the Raiders players want him there. If they think a coach who says those things shouldn’t coach in a league that’s 2/3rds black, then he shouldn’t be there.
