Protecting Jaz after doing a superstack earlier
The votes were me, potent, and BKB at three with Rummy at two. Tranter moved off of BKB and onto Rummy. How does this equate to him protecting me? I was just as likely to move forward both before and after this move. And can you show me where he superstacked prior to this?

Superstack wasn't right word. He created the 5 way runoff earlier which in essence creates tona of movement. Then claimed he didn't wanna vote for you or potent because it would cause movement

I feel like Maf could've pretty logically gone with a Jaz whack or Rummy whack here since Potent spoke out about his leaning town reads on both of us before he was whacked, and the fact that they didn't choose either of us makes me think either: 1) Jaz could be Maf or 2) they're hoping that in keeping us alive, folks start to question "hmm, ARE they sus after all?" by way of neither of us having been the whack (because I won't lie, Jostles whack wasn't what I was expecting)

He has moved his vote around a ton, which I don’t find helpful at all as town. I can’t imagine he’s inspector making such erratic vote switches. If he’s mafia messing with us then he deserves the vote. And if he’s town just fucking around (also very possible), he still deserves the vote. Some of you guys might play this game for “fun,” but I play to win.
Tranter moves off of BKB (known town) onto Rummy (unknown) in the 4 person runoff yesterday, getting her to the next runoff. Also was a weird switch that put people in runoff in revote positions, which Rummy and Potent pointed out. Jaz (unknown) fell out of runoff, leaving inspector and confirmed town with unknown. Dan voting for Potent over Rummy is interesting, and makes a bit of sense as a trio with Tranter since having both mafia voting for Rummy seems unlikely.
Just want to explain why explanations can be stupid / pointless.
My explanation, as it usually is, is that I want to see how the crowds reacts to Potent being doubled up on. When something unexpected happens in Mafia, you can usually get less rehearsed reactions from people which can provide insight. Now of course, in this particular case, a double up has become a little stale because a few of us have kinda ran this tactic in the ground. But the general point stands.
Why on earth would I want Mafia to be on any sort of high alert about this sort of manipulation coming from a townie?
The best move here is actually for me to make up something about Potent that I'm suspicious of so the game can proceed as planned without anyone thinking before they respond to Potent being put in an exile position. On top of that, maybe I can be whacked as vanilla and have it point to mafia if Potent randomly was actually Mafia.
We had this conversation a while back about how lies can be useful as Townies. This is what my mindset is on that.
I'm now done talking about how "the game ought to be played." I 100% noted everyone who was getting into that conversation earlier as I think those general meta conversations couldn't be riper for mafia to participate in and pretend to appear helpful when really its all fluff, like this post.

Kanye's repeatedly pushed for leaving Tranter alive until we needed to exile him due to losing, which is a very Kanye idea, but doesn't give any indication whether he's town or mafia
Obviously I'm not seeing many partnerships with Jaz, Rummy, and to a lesser extent BKB with Tranter. I've ranked 2 with BKB lower but you'll be able to eliminate 6 more combos if he's town. That will leave 24 combinations left.
I am still looking for info on Silver/Theo/Maddog/Jortles/KPO/Dan. I ranked a few with Silver and Theo lower. Maddog/Jortles/KPO/Dan is a good group to explore, I think. Obviously I don't know more than anyone else at this point.
@iamtheocaptain re: my response, in light of potents last game I feel like commenting on the style of his reveal being genuine was fine.
I can't remember the exact game but I'm pretty sure he's done a similar thing of 'aw shucks I think i fucked up by doing this early but I don't want to lose it'

This was the runoff before T expanded it to 5. With mafia being behind the expansion I think it's possible that a teammate was tied up here.

Yeah I don’t really know why T would drag another person into the runoff if a teammate wasn’t in it...but also, if only one teammate was in there (from where I’m sitting, Jaz is the only option bc I know Jostles and Potent and myself are all town), it isn’t like they were in terrible shape so I find it odd he made a move like that which drew attention. But it shouldn’t be disregarded, that’s for sure.
About to have a video date with my friend, will do my full reread after that.
