Jortles told me that he doesn’t want anymore artists. He’s not really breaking any rules so I don’t think kicking him out is necessary.

Just clarifying my point, I didn’t mean he’s working to the detriment. This seemed to me “unwilling to complete the draft”, so not sure if Rule 15 applies here.
I mean, I definitely don't understand the underlying strategy here but there's no rule against not using your picks

Yeah, he's still planning on finishing the game (poster, schedule, etc.). He's not working to undermine the game and he isn't quitting. So rule 15 is out.
That said, as participants you have the ability to call for a vote to remove him using rule 16. It requires 20 votes to remove a player, though.

Yeah that is the argument I will end up making when voting on lineups. I don't plan to win here. Most of the acts left that I'd really want to see would have to be billed above key acts that I want to be highlighted on my lineup though.
I have no problem with a condensed lineup of all killer no-filler. But I definitely appreciate a holistically curated lineup more than others on the board. I take no issue in Jortles bowing out of his picks early
round 51 is obviously a different thing than 40-50 or whatever. seems dumb to make him forfeit that. i guess he can just make a pick for round 50 and then he's off the forfeit thing tho
