What's the best song with no hook? Int'l Players Anthem is a great one, but lately I can't stop listening to that one Bobby Shmurda song, I feel like he's gotta be the only one hit wonder without a hook of any kind

FWIW, Wayne’s version of the song brings the lyrical content way harder than Shmurda’s version.
“Belfast and Monroe, that was our corner.” Look it up on Google street view.

A Milli is my favorite but Ain't Hard to Tell deserves a mention for sure. And I have a soft spot for Rapper's Delight.

So, I think it's fair to say that theo is checked out on this, which is fine. I did think it was a great idea, though, and wouldn't mind taking a stab at doing this, however I have a little different format in mind:
Instead of each person submitting only 4 songs and ignoring duplicates, I envision something like each person submitting a much larger amount, even setting the cap at something high like 25 or 50 songs (Since a traditional bracket is 64), and then using duplicate submissions to seed the songs. You don't HAVE to submit that many, but you could submit up to that many. I'd give like 2 weeks to get initial submissions, so I have time between work and family obligations to count and list them all out. At the end of the two weeks, we see how big our list is and determine the size of our bracket. Then voting for each round will be open for a week. I figure all those interested could help collaborate and fine tune the rules and process. Let me know if you guys would be interested in a second attempt that looks something like this.
