Billie Eilish - Travis Scott - Rage Against the Machine
as much as I want the Rage dream to stay alive, I don’t think they stay. Honestly think Frank is more likely.
MCR - Travis - Frank
Their new dates all but confirm them. I’d be shocked if they weren’t still playing.
Frank being out makes much more sense. Not only due to his flaky tendencies, but it seems his new album/music rollout halted completely. I saw discussion that he may be taking time off due to his brother’s death, which makes sense.

He’s definitely the least likely to come back but that rumor about him quitting because of his brother is nothing more than a fan theory that some dude put on tiktok and went viral. Like, it’s possible that he takes time off or quits from that, but there’s no reason to believe after over a year since that Frank would be unable to function in a more regular capacity
Sorry, I’ve been wanting to put that on r/frankocean because people just kinda state it as a fact and (with them, not you) it feels like they’re telling someone how to mourn
Rage is still headlining imo. We have had situations where headliners tour NZ in March, have an opening in April, and never show up at Coachella.
edit: I don't think they would have two dated rock acts on the top line so that's why I'm assuming if MCR played it would be at the expense of RATM. Also, like Fozzie stated, their dates lock them in.

I doubt Genesis would play chella- not really the right crowd. Bonaroo I could see but not coachella.
I think Billie would be a good replacement for Frank, but I’m more inclined to think Travis and Frank are both out as
(A) Travis is a busy person and might just pass it by (B) Frank probably wasn’t that arsed about playing
Wasn't Travis supposed to have some crazy expensive production for his headlining set? If that's the case, I don't think he's going to be too busy for Coachella.

There's nothing bigger and more ego-trip socialite centric then headlining Coachella, so I would say out of any of the three 2020 headliners, Travis Scott wants to headline still the most and definitely is not too busy for a makeup 2022 headline
If he drops and performs his album for Astroworld, would that significantly reduce his Coachella 2022 chances? Since the rollout wouldn't revolve around Coachella anymore

Not totally, he might just preview and then save it all if he does come back to the polo fields.
