I’m going to Fred Again, then was planning to go to Karol G just to be closer for the next 2 sets
Now I don’t have to sit through all of her set, but I wonder how much that effects me from being closer to the main stage
Doja essentially had a headliner production and you gotta move that off stage. SHM has all that stuff to set up on top of that. They also want to make sure people are there a d not running. But hopefully this time its on schedule and no delays. They cant afford to go over twice. If they were 10 mins late last week nobody wouldve thought too badly about it. 30 mins is a crime so RTJ got sacrificed to the set times juju.
Not moving Purple Disco Machine kinda sucks though.

Largely I’m just confused why it took SO LONG to release this.
But also I’m pretty upset they didn’t have anyone akin to Arcade Fire, especially considering they reached out to AF, not the other way around. If AF had asked to play, it is what it is. But they actively put effort into making W1 significantly better, which is messed up after all the talk of “same lineup both weekends” for the last decade. They’re the first act intentionally on set times only one weekend.

Ehhhh I mean there was lots of anger the other direction with Sunday Service W2 only in 2019. But, I get it.

It wasn't as pitiful as people make it out to be but it wasn't big. It would have filled up the Mojave probably but spread horizontally on the main stage it looks a lot smaller.

Yeah, exactly this. When they played mojave the last time the crowd went hard. I figure itll be similar. And obviously you couldnt put em in Sahara cause I dont think it wouldve gone over well. There should be IDLES and RTJ crossover. The exodus after carly rae into Idles is gonna be crazy
