I usually don't explain D1 votes, but since Potent was upset at the prospect of being voted off D1:
My choices were Rummy, Otter, Jortles, Potent, and Dan.
1. Rummy was the given name last game. I'm cutting her some slack so she can get to play. 2. It's Otter's first game, as a general rule I don't vote people off on their first game of Mafia. 3. I voted for Dan two open rounds 1 and 2 last game. I didn't feel the need to do it again this game.
So it came down to Jortles/Potent, and I went with Potent. Just realized that Jortles also didn't get to really play last game, though tbh that didn't factor into my decision when I made the vote; it was a random choice between the two of them.
I can say with certainty that I’m lost on whatever’s happening here, more thinking about the Pfizer shot I just got. I’ll catch up on this later

which made me think we were an hour or two from the deadline, but no, we are still 7ish hrs away, so im confused why hes revealing rn
because tranter insta locked and I have big meetings coming up. With the way recent games have gone, there was a chance id get killed before being able to reveal.
without role reveals, it's a lot harder to tell whether Jortles is telling the truth or not. But sure, I'll bite. It's early.

Meta question: what’s the point of locking if you’re not actually locked into that. I feel like that kinda defeats the purpose.

seems like the decision was made and I wasn't gonna be the one to fuck it up. Just didn't want to be the hold up if everyone else wanted the round to end.

Go potent now, Jortles will be whacked. Real inspector will get a free guess if that's the case. So they shouldn't reveal until D2.

Just want to plant a flag now and say that I have a major gut read on Tranter being Town. I think you guys should not vote to exile him. Other than that, I have town leanings on KPO, Dan, Rummy... feel slightly hopeful that Silver is Town because I don't think Mafia would be capable of trying to out inspector so blatantly and repeatedly. Would look into Jaz, Maddog, and keep pressing Otter as he should become easy to read if he participates.
