Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
It's kind of average in terms of the almost ten years of Roo I've been to. 2019 was probably a smidge better than this, but it's still better than 2017 and 2018 in my opinion. However it still doesn't match the great run from 2013 to 2015.

On first look, this is shakes out pretty good for me. Five on Thursday, nine on Friday, ten on Saturday, and eight on Sunday...plus the Superjam, whenever that is.
Thurs: CLOZEE - SONS OF KEMET - THE WEATHER STATION - ANDY FRASCO & THE U.N. - NOTHING
Fri: ROBERT PLANT & ALISON KRAUSS - DISCLOSURE - THE WAR ON DRUGS - KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD - GOOSE - LANE 8 - JAPANESE BREAKFAST - TOVE LO - THE REGRETTES
Sat: TOOL - FLUME - BILLY STRINGS - PORTER ROBINSON - MARC REBILLET - CHVRCHES - CHRIS LAKE - LUDACRIS - MT. JOY - PIGEONS PLAYING PING PONG
Sun: STEVIE NICKS - NATHANIEL RATELIFF NIGHT SWEATS - HERBIE HANCOCK - PUSCIFER - G JONES - ALL THEM WITCHES - LETTUCE - DOMBRESKY
I'm really happy with the amount of EDM that isn't ear splitting glitchy stuff. I never exactly hated it, but it was never really my thing. Stuff like Lane 8 and Clozee are totally up my alley.

The funny thing about that year for me is that after U2 and the Chili Peppers, that lineup fell off a cliff for me. Being fifteen feet away from Bono and Edge is something I'll never forget, but I'd be hard pressed to tell you much else about that year that I really remember.
Fri - disclosure , gizz , war on drugs , Robert plant , goose , the chicks , bleachers• Isaiah Rashad • LANE 8, Japanese breakfast , lp
Sat - Tool, Flume , Strings , Chris lake , gecs, luda , and Nora
Sun - Stevie , Herbie, puscifer , tash , Tierra , and lettuce
All the stuff I would want to see. There’s a few would see but those are the must sees. Hoping we can get tickets on the low or I’ll go payment plan if our croo likes the lineup. Def could still make a fun weekend out of the lineup schedule depending. Saturday of Flume , Tool and Billy mfn Strings would be a fun day regardless of what else I see. Sunday is the most sparse day , but luckily the top headliner for me and our group.

i'm happy to see Puscifer on there in hopes it means they're going to tour
for those that don't know it's Maynard from Tool's side project. really good stuff actually, much looser and more fun than tool. saw them at my first roo in 2012 i think it was
THURS: Sons of Kemet - Indigo de Souza - The Weather Station - Andy Frasco - Nothing
FRI: J. Cole - Plant/Krauss - War on Drugs - King Gizz - Goose - Still Woozy - Denzel Curry - Japanese Breakfast - Tove Lo - DayGlow - Arlo Parks - Maggie Rose
SAT: Tool - Porter Robinson - Marc Rebillet - Chvrches - Luda - Mt. Joy - Slowthai - Pigeons Playing Ping Pong - Benee
SUN: Stevie Nicks - Herbie Hancock - Puscifer - Tash Sultana - Coin - All them Witches - Lettuce
The amount of people ok with a pedo like MGK being on the lineup is gross.
Also, what is with that Ludacris booking? Dude hasn’t done anything jn 5-6yrs, at least since his last set at Roo.
How on earth is this a primary concern of yours when looking at this lineup? His setlists are 95% complete bangers. Yes he hasn't done anything recently. It's a fun throwback booking. Think Nelly but a million times better and less of a rapey douche.

That's what this lineup needs, one really high profile, expensive to see headliner to hold it down. I'd have settled for Coldplay. Put them where Stevie Nicks is and that'd give me something to camp out for pit for on Sunday so the bad undercard wouldn't bother me. A singer of a legendary band who doesn't like playing many of said bands songs doesn't do it for me.

Id bet money that Luda set ends up a dark horse like the T Pain set from 2018. I PRAY they don't stick him in a tent, a lot of people didn't get to go to that set because of how packed it got
Coldplay would have been it, but are many of those Hall of Fame caliber acts even really touring this year? It may have just been a matter of what's available, and Stevie is still a fairly solid name in that area.
I won't be getting chewed out by Ozzy Ozzwald this year, as Herbie Hancock is the most talented musician I know on the list . Cory Henry is a close second. They should have done a Snarky Puppy reunion (with him since they're otherwise still together). 2 keyboard masters are in the house
Thursday - CloZee*, Weather Station, SOK, possibly Wreckno will see what else
Friday - J. Cole*, Plant & Krauss, Disclosure*, King Gizzard*, Goose, Isaiah Rashad*, Denzel Curry*, Southern Avenue*
Saturday - Tool*, Billy Strings, CHVRCHES*, Marc, Ludacris*, SLOWTHAI, Said the Sky, PPPP*, Joy O, Habstrakt*, Femi Kuti, Moore Kismet, Cory Henry*
Sunday - Stevie, Herbie, Puscifer*, Tash, G. Jones*, All Them Witches*, Tierra*, Lettuce*, Bas, A Hundred Drums (cool chick making hard beats), Of the Trees
We'll see what else.
There are only a few things that I know that you won't catch me at because I don't like A) pop - Bleachers, LP Giobbi; B) LANY (while they play loud, they're not that good IMHO), C) All Time Low (c'mon man); Machine Gun Kelly & Illenium (zero interest);

If it were Coldplay over Stevie no way our group would go lol. Stevie is def saving the lineup for 3/4th of our group.

I still don't think this is an appropriate categorization for him. I'd bet money that Luda ends up a lot better than T Pain. Just looking at a setlist of his:
Welcome to Atlanta, Act a Fool, Southern Hospitality, Area Codes, Ho, Yeah!, Dey Know Remix, Pimpin all over the World, Blueberry Yum Yum, Whats Your Fantasy, Roll Out, Move Bitch, Get Back...
Luda could never figure out how to put together a good album, but if you're my age he's basically playing awesome song after awesome song the whole time. There are a few shitters in there that would still be T Pain style fun.
I don't want to spend too much time backing Ludacris. It's basically like booking Snoop and being able to have him 7-8 names lower on his day.

It’s not that it’ll be a bad set, but they booked him to do the same set he did back in 2015…he’s released nothing of note since then. If you’re going to book a throwback hip hop act, at least get one who hasn’t played the fest before.
