I'll be up for a little while. For now, I'll move to Jortles. I could see it being MD/KPO/Dan, Kanye, Jortles. I was getting pretty sketched out when Dan, Kanye and Jortles all lept on me yesterday (I mean, obviously).

I know it's Saturday night but one thing occurs to me in these situations generally - there are five people left, if there are three or four talking it out, the silent one usually is mafia. Jortles has posted two words and a symbol D4 while the rest of us talk it out.
I think you guys are discounting Dan as mafia, and I think there's a shot they self whacked silver because it builds the confidence in Jortles. I cant get past my D1 read of Jortles when it was obvious he knew I had a role, and it felt like he wanted me to reveal. He just didn't know that I had the dumb role.

I try to never ever make these kinds of excuses, but I legitimately was blacked out from 7pm onward last night because it was my 30th bday party and 40 ppl all felt like they needed to individually take a shot with me. And to be clear 7pm is when I was officiallY blacked out. Before then I was still drinking and hanging with people who surprised me from out of state
Great to wake up and see that people are voting out the confirmed townie though. You are correct that I couldnt dedicate much time to this game, but at the same time the game doesnt require dedication if kanye was telling the truth. We need to exile pablo and jaz in any order and the game is over. Town failed miserably… historically… last game by believing maddog over otter, but apparently that wasnt enough for you. Idk wtf has happened but we were on a run of domination and now its like youve had a stroke and can no longer process the norms of the game. I am town. Exiling me couldnt be dumber. There is no value to it. Even if we exile pablo or jaz and they are town, we just know we just need to exile the other to close it

I've had a town read on Pablo. I had a role read on you before Silver cleared you, I had a town read on Rummy before Silver cleared her, and I'm not sure about a read on Jaz - D4 he's made me think he's town, but that could just be spin.
I know you don't like doing this, but could you please explain your vote for Pablo today? For someone who was skeptical of you, it was disconcerting that you came in and voted Pablo without an explanation, when me and Rummy had already voted for him. That feels like an attempt from someone I think could be mafia to get a quick end to the day. Tell me why I am wrong. What is your guess as to who could be teammates with Pablo/Maddog?
As an attempted show of good faith gesture, I will null my vote. You can insult me all you want, but I don't think it's helpful, and I am trying to work through this problem.
Alright, so this is where I'm at: If Silv was mafia instead of inspector, the Maf Team must've whacked Theo with a good degree of confidence that he was the TRUE true inspector, and I'll admit upon my reread of D1, Theo *was* acting off in a way that they might've picked up on quickly. In my reread it almost looked like he was trying to play it super chill/hide behind not throwing too strong of opinions out there: def the way an inspector might act on D1.
However, they also must've felt ready to spin their narrative if someone else came out with a counter & they'd been wrong about Theo. Silv is absolutely a player I could see willingly taking on that task, and yes it is a "high risk" move or whatever, but high risk/high reward if Theo was the Tru One. There's nothing in this scenario so hard to believe that I am willing to discount it, by any measure.
But then we come to the option of "Silv was truthing all along, MD was maf and the rest of his crew is either Teddy or KPO + one of Pablo or Jaz. Nothing wild/too hard to believe about this scenario, either, except that I am reallllly struggling to pull a Maf read on either Jaz or Pablo. If one of them is the third, honestly good fucking job on seeming not very sus.
So I still see merit in both options. I also think Dan was acting real sus before his death (and maybe he was just frustrated townie, but it came off that way to me), and I still really don't like how Silv was so gung-ho on the order until we called him out for it.
I know I gotta vote here. And either Potent or I will be alive D5 to deal with this mess yet again if I get this wrong, but we *do* have another day. And what it comes down to for me right now is, if we exile Jortles and the game doesn't end we know which scenario to proceed with (because Silv with Jaz or Pablo does notttt make sense), whereas if we exile Pablo and the game doesn't end, in D5 both scenarios are still up in the air as options.
Am prepared to receive so much shit for exiling a known townie if this is wrong. But I know what I want to do D5 with Pablo/Jaz together better than I will know what to do if Jortles is still a question mark. Pls forgive me Sir Jostles

The only thought that went into it is that I really, really think Jaz’s tranter post read as town earlier on in the game. So not a lot of thought went into the vote because to me its just a process of eliminating them in either order but that gut read on jazs tranter post still remains

For full disclosure - the post that made me think Pablo is town is when I said that I wasn't going to save Silver. His response, when referencing Manders hate, was "just be right, I guess" or something like that and made me read him as town.

At this point I kind of don't. I think Jortles is shady. But the only things I'm sure of are my role and yours.
there is actually no connection to kanyes lie detector test and my role. Im town regardless of him telling the truth or if he is lying and used me as the person to clear. Feel like youve “changed your opinion” now that youre in line to be exiled as part of the obvious process. But conveniently you belief in kanye has changed.
