Did you miss the part where I said you've been voted out once as town? I have no sympathy for you getting voted out when you're Mafia. That's on you and your teammates.
I did miss that part, my bad. And I agree in the macro sense, I don't feel bad for mafia getting voted out D1, but it's really hard for me to play when the random D1 exile lands on me way more often than it should.

We can have a meta convo about this after the game if you don't want to do it now, but random means random - which includes you being voted out multiple times in a shorter span than you'd like. Back in the day Apple had to revamp their "shuffle" algorithm because it was TOO random, which ironically led to people complaining about too many songs from the same artist getting played in a short period of time. That's what true randomness looks like sometimes. Just look at all the Maf roles that Maddog has had recently.
Your system of advocating for people to have their "turn" is the complete opposite of random. And that's not even taking into account that Mafia ISN't random. Over a third of the players in the game have special knowledge of people's roles. The only truly random part of this game is using the RNG to assign roles.
I know being voted out is frustrating to you and I'm not trying to antagonize you on it, but like...no one's picking on you or has it out for you. Things don't go your way sometimes but it's not in a way that's at all outside of the ordinary imo, even if it might be disheartening to be on the receiving end of it.

But I would be interested in counting up how many of the last 10 games I’ve played that I died within the first two days and nights. Definitely the vast majority. So that does still equate to being pushed out early, often.

The D1 exile is the time with the least information for 7 of us, really no information. That's why I focus on that, and yes, try to make it less random. Any whack or exile that comes after D1 is fair game for anyone because they are giving off inspector vibez for whacks, or data leads to them for exiles. That's totally different in my mind.
Haven’t looked through Theos posts or done a reread but both Teddy and jortles are overlaps between dropping out of the runoff and voting for potent at time of reveal
I made a random vote for KPO then did a just as random switch. Maybe Pablo has some other motivation to ask me to switch but you would have to ask him not me
Clarification: I’m fine proceeding with this bc it makes for a 3-way but I think Jostles is the better third to have in here than me
All he's posted so far are votes and vote switches, none with reasoning. It would be nice to hear some actual thoughts from him but I don't see much of a reason for him to proceed in the runoff right now
Teddy, Jortles, Maddog, KPO, Jaz are the current Potent voters. Maddog is the only one currently in the runoff, we could exile him today and start with the other 4 tomorrow
Seriously? Like a half hour after getting voted for with 11 hours left in the round and two other people that can still garner votes, and you're outing yourself? I had no plans of staying on you and wanted to force some movement. Incredibly unforced reveal.
I agree its too soon but theres no reason not to believe it until there's a counter reveal, which then means we definitely have a mafia in either Potent or whoever counter reveals
