Show of hands: would anyone have taken GYBE before now? Would it be unfair for me to allow truevine to keep the pick after all? Drone seems close enough to noise imo. I still don't think EITS should be allowed at all, and Mogwai is really pushing it

ive seen both GYBE and Mogwai and Mogwai is way closer to metal, it's still the loudest damn thing ive ever heard

Yes. I asked specifically for inclusion of post-rock as it kind of makes sense for this kind of festival, and got vetoed. Otherwise, I'd take GYBE as my first pick.
