Add a round 31, where any act regardless of genre or current activity may be selected (still no dead people though). RNG for draft order will run after round 25. Radiohead is still banned.

i think i'd be against because people have no creativity when judging these lineups already. only acts that have played rock am ring should be pickable from now on.

I'm definitely more for the round being acceptable acts that haven't ever played, or played in the time frame than any genre goes, so I'd be more for something framed that way
