Roosevelt is one of my favorites of the year, though it seems as if it came out three years ago now. Gotta dig in to the new Big Boi before I make my final.

which Lana album? she had two this year.
I loved both equally. I should put x2 by her name.

There might be others not coming to mind. But that’s off the top of my head. Yes, I’m biased toward guitar-based music. Lukas listed first is no accident. Add Willie to the list too. Merry Christmas inforoo. Dreaming of Roo and the old times.
it's been such a pain to get the algorithm to stop putting Black Rain on every single generated playlist, but yeah I can't hear anything of his without thinking of his horrific actions. I tried "hey Google, never play this artist again" a few weeks ago and I think it worked?
Damn I dont know how I missed this. To be fair to myself I rarely follow music news, so I guess it makes sense. But I guess now it also makes sense why I havent seen him on any other lists. I'll def edit my top 10 list before posting elsewhere on the internet.

I know this feeling. Spotify drops a decent amount of Daughters in my generated playlists, and it needs to not do that. I wish they had an artist block feature.

protip: go to the artists page, tap the 3 dots next to follow and theres an option that says “dont play this artist”

If you're down with using PowerShell or the Mac terminal, there is a git package with an extension that lets you block artists
And I guess this list from bandcamp makes up for their actual best records of the year, the essentials, since the content is way more on the nose than the lists I posted yesterday, though they're still amazing lists.
